The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for working closely with the sales department and ensuring that all software subscriptions related to SOLIDWORKS software are accurately ordered for our customers.

For over 25 years, SOLIDWORKS has been the trusted industry standard in design and engineering. SOLIDWORKS software helps conceptualize, create, validate, communicate, manage 3D designs.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail to accurately enter data, research and resolve issues
  • Strong data entry skills (50 wpm or better)
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a changing, deadline driven environment
  • Willingness and ability to adjust to new procedures, software and departmental  changes
  • Experience with SaaS based vendor portals or CRM software preferred but not required


Responsibilities

  • Generate renewal quotes for upcoming renewals
  • Send reminders for open renewals at set intervals
  • Collect renewal revenue on-time prior to due dates
  • Accurate entry of renewal and new customer subscription orders
  • Send order confirmations to the customer and Sales team
  • Resolving customer issues regarding subscription services
  • Partner with Sales team to coordinate renewals with new business
